1. Rinse the fish fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. 2. In a small bowl, mix turmeric powder, chopped sachaculantro, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lime juice to create a marinade. 3. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the fish fillet and let it marinate for 15 minutes. 4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 5. Place the marinated fish fillet in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. 6.
