Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the fish to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Reduce the heat and add ketchup to the pan, coating the fish evenly. Let it simmer for a minute.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the fish and any remaining sauce in the pan, tossing gently to mix.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
