Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Place the fish fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat.
4. Grill the fish fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
