Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture generously over the salmon fillet.
4. Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 4–5 minutes.
5. Flip the salmon carefully and grill for another 3–4 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
