Bake for 25 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly. 7. Slice the log into 1 cm thick pieces and arrange them cut-side down on the baking sheet. 8. Bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and crisp. 9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
