Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a small baking dish.
2. In a blender, mix almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, flour, and salt until smooth.
3. Pour a thin layer of batter into the baking dish.
4. Place raspberries evenly over the batter.
5. Pour the remaining batter over the raspberries.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
