Vegetable Lo-Mein

Steps

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lo-mein noodles and cook until al dente. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 3. Add the broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms and continue to cook until tender. 4. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir to combine. 5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Divide into bowls and serve warm.
