Steps
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Place the tortilla in the skillet.
3. Sprinkle the cheese, corn, black beans, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the tortilla.
4. Fold the tortilla in half, pressing down lightly with a spatula.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the bottom of the quesadilla is golden brown.
6. Carefully flip the quesadilla over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Slice the quesadilla into 4 pieces and serve.
