Steps
1. Peel and cut the potato into thin strips, similar in size and shape to French fries.
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato strips until golden brown.
3. Remove from the pan and let the fries cool down.
4. In a separate pan, heat one tablespoon of oil, add the onions and fry until golden brown.
5. Add the tomatoes and fry for a few seconds.
6. Add the soy sauce, bread crumbs, garam masala, turmeric and mix well.
7. Add the fries and combine everything together.
8. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the fries are well coated and cooked through.
9. Serve warm with hot chapatis.
