Vegetarian Indian Masala Fries

This delicious and nutritious Vegetarian Indian Masala Fries are the perfect combination of crispy fried potatoes, with traditional Indian herbs and spices.

Steps

1. Peel and cut the potato into thin strips, similar in size and shape to French fries. 2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato strips until golden brown. 3. Remove from the pan and let the fries cool down. 4. In a separate pan, heat one tablespoon of oil, add the onions and fry until golden brown. 5. Add the tomatoes and fry for a few seconds. 6. Add the soy sauce, bread crumbs, garam masala, turmeric and mix well. 7. Add the fries and combine everything together. 8. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the fries are well coated and cooked through. 9. Serve warm with hot chapatis.
