Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
3. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and mix with the grated cheese, garlic, ginger and milk.
4. Pour this mixture in the baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set.
6. Remove from oven, garnish with some cheese, serve, and enjoy!
