
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Place cooked rice in a bowl. Top with diced chicken, potatoes, and avocado.
