Avocado Chicken Rice Bowl

  2. Place chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  4. Place cooked rice in a bowl. Top with diced chicken, potatoes, and avocado.
  5. Sprinkle with more salt and pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
