Garlic Herb Cheese Toast

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. 3. Rub the minced garlic onto the buttered side of the bread. 4. Place the bread slices on a baking tray, buttered side up. 5. Sprinkle mixed dried herbs evenly over the bread. 6. Top each slice with shredded mozzarella cheese. 7. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. 8. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 9. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. 10. Serve hot and enjoy your garlic herb cheese toast.
