Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add ground turkey, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until turkey is fully cooked and browned, about 7-8 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
6. Rinse and pat dry lettuce leaves.
7. Spoon cooked turkey mixture evenly into the lettuce leaves.
8. Top with sliced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
9. Fold lettuce leaves to form wraps and serve immediately.
