Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Brush the garlic-honey mixture on the chicken during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
5. While the chicken cooks, beat the eggs in a small bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
6. Pour the beaten eggs into a small oven-safe dish, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
7. Bake the eggs and cheese in the oven for 10-12 minutes until set and slightly golden.
8. Plate the chicken alongside the cheesy egg bake. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
9. Serve immediately.
