Zucchini Noodles with Pesto Chicken

Steps

1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or a julienne peeler to create noodles. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. 4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips. 5. In the same skillet, add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. 6. Add the pesto to the skillet, stirring to coat the noodles evenly. 7. Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the sliced chicken, garnished with Parmesan cheese and chili flakes if desired.
