Steps

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. 2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. 4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juices run clear. 5. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then slice it. 6. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. 7. Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken. 8.
