Steps

1. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the pork tenderloin and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. 4. Remove pork from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. 5. In the same skillet, add butter and fresh spinach. 6. Sauté spinach for 2-3 minutes until wilted. 7. Serve the pork tenderloin sliced alongside the sautéed spinach.
