Steps
1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is cooking, in a separate small pan, fry the egg sunny-side up.
5. Once the chicken is done, add the black beans to the skillet and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve the chicken topped with the fried egg and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
