Chicken with Olives   

This dish is a Mediterranean-style classic – juicy chicken cooked with olives for a delicious and savory flavor!

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. 2. Add the garlic, olives, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for another two minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Serve warm, topped with extra olives if desired.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs - 1 Tbsp olive oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 cup black olives - 1 tsp rosemary - 1/2 tsp thyme - Salt and pepper, to taste
