Steps
1. Boil the potato cubes until just tender, then drain and pat dry.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry the potato cubes until golden and crispy.
3. Remove the potatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
4. Add chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt; mix well.
5. Drizzle tamarind chutney and lemon juice over the potatoes and toss gently.
6. Add yogurt if using and mix lightly.
7. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chili.
8. Serve immediately to enjoy the crispiness and fresh flavors.
