Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, mix chopped nuts, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. 3. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. 4. Brush the chicken lightly with olive oil. 5. Press the nut mixture onto both sides of the chicken breast firmly to coat. 6. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. 7. Sear the chicken for 2 minutes per side until the nuts are golden. 8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. 9. Remove from oven and brush honey glaze over the chicken. 10. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
