Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Crush the mixed nuts until they are finely chopped. 3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 4. Brush the chicken breast with olive oil. 5. Press the crushed nuts onto both sides of the chicken breast to create a crust. 6. Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
