Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready for assembly.
2. Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water for a few seconds until soft.
3. Lay the rice paper on a clean surface.
4. Arrange the lettuce, noodles, carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro in the center of the rice paper.
5. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
6. Repeat with the second rice paper sheet.
7. Serve the rice paper rolls with your favorite dipping sauce.
