
Steps
- Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready for assembly.
- Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water for a few seconds until soft.
- Lay the rice paper on a clean surface.
- Arrange the lettuce, noodles, carrots, cucumber, mint, and cilantro in the center of the rice paper.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the second rice paper sheet.
- Serve the rice paper rolls with your favorite dipping sauce.
