Steps
1. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. While the beef is cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out some flesh to create a small bowl.
4. Once the beef is cooked, fill the avocado halves with the beef mixture.
5. Top each filled avocado with shredded cheese.
6. Place the stuffed avocados under a broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
