Steps
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
2. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
3. While the beef is cooking, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a small amount of the flesh to create a small bowl.
4. Once the beef is cooked, spoon it into the hollowed-out avocado halves.
5. Top each beef-stuffed avocado half with shredded cheese.
6. Place the stuffed avocados on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve warm.
