Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until lightly browned.
2. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, and ground ginger. Continue to stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the corn and cook for another minute.
5. Serve over the warm cooked white rice.
