Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Use a box grater to grate apples and carrots.
3. In a bowl, mix together the grated apples, carrots, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Place the slices of bread in a baking dish, and pour the carrot and apple mixture on top as evenly as possible.
5. Drizzle the coconut oil over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
