
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Chop apple and carrot into small cubes.
- In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, olives, pineapple, apple and carrots.
- Cut the pita into two pieces and spread the mixture between the two.
- Place pita with the filling on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve pita warm.
