Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Chop apple and carrot into small cubes.
3. In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, olives, pineapple, apple and carrots.
4. Cut the pita into two pieces and spread the mixture between the two.
5. Place pita with the filling on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Serve pita warm.
