Grilled Salmon in Ginger Marinade

A refreshing Grilled Salmon that is easy to make but full of flavor. Perfect for cold winter nights!

Steps

1. In a large bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 2. Place salmon fillet in the marinade and cover the bowl. Place in the fridge and let marinate for 15 minutes. 3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. 4. Grill salmon fillet for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
