Apple-Stuffed Pork Chops

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. 3. Add the onions, celery, and walnuts to the skillet. Sauté until onions are translucent. 4. Stir in the chopped apple and breadcrumbs. Cook for a few minutes until the apple softens. 5. Slice a pocket into each pork chop and fill with the apple stuffing. 6. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. 7. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops on both sides until browned. 8. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). 9. Serve the apple-stuffed pork chops with your favorite sides and enjoy!
