Apple-Stuffed Pork Chops

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, mix diced apple, breadcrumbs, chopped pecans, honey, salt, and pepper. 3. Cut a pocket into the side of the pork chop and fill it with the apple stuffing. 4. Season the outside of the pork chop with salt and pepper. 5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 6. Sear the pork chop on both sides until golden brown. 7. Transfer the pork chop to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
