Steps of preparation: 1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add the beef cubes and fry until lightly golden. 3. Add the onion and pepper and fry until softened. 4. Add the garlic, potatoes and tomatoes and stir for 1-2 minutes. 5. Pour in the beef broth, then add the smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. 6. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is tender. 7. Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley.
