- Steps of preparation:
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the beef cubes and fry until lightly golden.
- Add the onion and pepper and fry until softened.
- Add the garlic, potatoes and tomatoes and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth, then add the smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is tender.
- Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley.

- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
