Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Season the steak with paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. 3. Cook the steak in the skillet for 3-5 minutes per side, until cooked through. 4. Meanwhile, make the chimichurri sauce by mixing together the garlic, red wine vinegar, oregano, parsley, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. 5. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. 6. Slice the steak and serve with the chimichurri sauce.
