Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium high heat.
2. Cut the beef into thin strips and add it to the pan, followed by the chopped onion.
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly, until the beef is golden.
4. Add the bell pepper, tomato, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Cook and stir for another 4-5 minutes until everything is cooked through and slightly softened.
6. Divide the fajitas into two portions to serve.
