1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Peel and break banana into small chunks and place into blender.
3. Add 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon to blender and puree until smooth.
4. Grease an oven-safe dish with cooking spray and spread blended banana mix into the dish.
5. Sprinkle grated almonds, shredded coconut, and remaining honey over banana mix.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and bananas are soft.
7. Serve warm with a swirl of yogurt if desired.
