Brazilian Chocolate Brigadeiro

A classic Brazilian dessert made with rich chocolate and condensed milk. These bite-sized treats are perfect for any occasion.

Steps

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan, about 10-15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature. 4. Once cooled, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. 5. Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated. 6. Place the brigadeiros in mini cupcake liners or on a serving platter. 7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. 8. Enjoy!
