Steps
In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan (about 5-7 minutes).
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Once slightly cooled, use your hands to form small balls (about the size of a cherry) from the mixture.
Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until fully coated.
Place on a plate and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
