Steps

1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and drain. 2. In a small pot, combine quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. 3. While the quinoa cooks, preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. 4. Brush the mackerel fillet with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. 5.
