Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken thigh, skin-side down, and sear for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
4. Flip the chicken and pour the honey mixture over it.
5. Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low, cooking for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
