Steps
1. Chop the zucchini in 1/4 inch thick slices.
2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, add the mushrooms and let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the zucchini slices and season with garlic, onion and pepper powder, salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Cook the vegetables for around 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve and enjoy!
