1. Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package until al dente. 2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Sauté the onion until translucent. 4. Add the Kalamata olives and parsley, and continue to sauté for a few more minutes. 5. When the macaroni is done, drain and add to the skillet. 6. Mix to combine and season with salt and pepper. 7. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the top and serve.
