
Steps
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the Kalamata olives and parsley, and continue to sauté for a few more minutes.
- When the macaroni is done, drain and add to the skillet.
- Mix to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese over the top and serve.

- • 2 tablespoons olive oil
- • 1/2 onion, chopped
- • 2 tablespoons Kalamata olive, chopped
- • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
