Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth and season with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the veggie patty, cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
4. Transfer and place the bell peppers in a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
5. Toast the bun in the same skillet used for the veggie patty.
6. Assemble a burger with the veggie patty, bell peppers, and guacamole, serve in the toasted bun.
