Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add salmon and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm. 3. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic and spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. 4. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese and stir until sauce is creamy. 5. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper, to taste. 6. Spoon creamy spinach sauce over the cooked salmon.
