Steps
1. Heat some oil in a wok over high heat.
2. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until almost cooked through.
3. Push the chicken to the side and add a bit more oil if needed.
4. Add the Brussels sprouts, carrots, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
5. Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
6. Continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined and the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
