
Steps
- Heat some oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until almost cooked through.
- Push the chicken to the side and add a bit more oil if needed.
- Add the Brussels sprouts, carrots, bell pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 4-5 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
