Steps
1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped cod, almond flour, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
2. Mix well and form into small balls or patties.
3. Dip each patty into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
