Steps
1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. While the beef is cooking, mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and chili flakes if desired.
4. Toast the slice of whole grain bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.
5. Once the beef is cooked, layer it over the toasted bread.
6. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the beef.
7. Sprinkle the cheese over the avocado and place it under a broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
