Steps

4. Dip the fish pieces into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
5. Once the chocolate fish are ready, spoon the avocado cheese mousse into serving glasses.
6. Place a chocolate-coated fish on top of each glass.
7. Drizzle honey over the fish and mousse.
