Avocado Cheese Mousse with Chocolate Fish and Honey Drizzle   

A unique and healthy appetizer combining the creaminess of avocado cheese mousse with the richness of chocolate-coated fish, topped with a drizzle of sweet honey.

1. In a food processor, blend the ripe avocado and cheese until smooth. 2. Cut the white fish fillet into small bite-sized pieces. 3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler. 4. Dip the fish pieces into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate sets. 5. Once the chocolate fish are ready, spoon the avocado cheese mousse into serving glasses. 6. Place a chocolate-coated fish on top of each glass. 7. Drizzle honey over the fish and mousse. 8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
