
Steps
- Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk with milk and yogurt.
- Dice the avocado and set aside.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. When melted, add the eggs and let cook for 2 minutes.
- After two minutes, add the diced avocado and grated cheese, and fold the omelet in half. Let cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Using a spatula, flip the omelet and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
