Avocado & Cheese Pita Bites

These tasty pita bites make the perfect gluten-free appetizer. Crispy on the outside, cheesy and creamy from the avocado on the inside.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 2. Slice each of the pita breads into 4-6 mini pita bites. 3. Place them on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden. 4. In a bowl mash the avocado and mix in the grated cheese, broccoli, and nuts. 5. Spread the mixture onto each of the pita bites and bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese has melted. 6. Serve and enjoy!
