Steps
1. Start by peeling and slicing the banana into 1/2" slices.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, oatmeal, and onion.
3. Heat about 1 teaspoon of oil in a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the banana slices to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the rice and oatmeal mixture to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until warm.
6. Transfer the rice oatmeal mixture to a bowl and top with the yogurt and banana slices. Serve.
